Happy (very belated) Spring, friends!
|
It’s been a while, and I can’t wait to update you on it all…I don’t know if you heard, butI am currently in the Hawaii of Europe/ the Atlantic, aka the Azores (pronounced Ajjjjorz here), of Portugal.I visited these islands en route (after a 72 hour stop to see family in Canada) to the pyschedelic research conference I attended in Holland last week, and decided to return back, because I love it here that much. What do I love?… How safe it is (hardly anyone locks their doors), the temparate climate (no ac or heating really needed), no mosquitos, natural swimming pools everywhere, hot springs all over, and spring fed highly mineralized water every so many kilometeres, so many hiking trails, little to n o police presence, and no military presence. Fresh food - they grow pineapples and bananas! And they have the best passion fruit soda called Kima. No stay dogs in the streets. It’s clean, it’s gorgeous. I may seriously consider relocating here, because the time difference is only 7 hours opposed to 10 hours in Greece. My nervous system feels amazing on this island. They also have the only tea plantation in Europe here. And if you know me, I am a tea queen. The best part? I am watching my inflammation dissapate before my eyes. It’s absolutely wild. Where I’m staying? Mostly in co-living spots. Think of them as elevated hostels with fellow professionals who love to travel, and be in community. It’s my favorite. What’s next? I am headed to a music festival on the mainland of Portugal at the beginning of the month, and will be in Porto before then? Perhaps Greece, or back here. I am 100% in the surrender expirment.Even though it’s belated…Spring reminds us that expansion always follows a period of contraction (winter). If you’re in season of contraction, or cacooning, trust that you inevitably have an expansion season/ internal spring ahead. It’s part of our nature. It is nature. The start of the season was challenging for me for me. I moved through some acute health challenges (Thx Mast Cell) after a surgery, and, also some big changes in my home, including rehoming my dog, Cowboy:< after finding out I am allergic to him (and yes, despite the fact he’s hypoallergenic).I was heavily hermitting more than my usual self in order to heal and process my varying emotions around my physical, mental and spiritual states (here’s what sped up my recovery). I trust and knew this is all for the best, and in divine preparation for a season of expansion ahead - Ahem, here I am!What season are you in? 💛And know, it’s not linear. There are no exact time limits on these periods. All we can be certain of is that they are bound to shift/ change at some point, and that each season deserves and is worthy of just as much love and compassion as the others. Love you. P.S. THE SPRING PLAYLIST IS HERE.Other Updates:1. I got to present a neural retraining workshop at the Joshua Tree Music Festival - It was incredible. And, in case you missed it, I am collaborating with Lessen Spaces to offer a virtual versionnext week ! (more info down below)5. Happy Belated Mother’s and Father’s Day!7. My artwork was featured in a local art show before I left - Check it out here. (I will be using my art in an exciting way, which will be shared soon).9. I got rid of 95% of my wardrobe for this move. Lessen Space is selling a good portion of it. Check out their store in-person, of, virtually.10. I AM SWEARING BY THESE STEM-CELL ACTIVATING STICKERS AFTER SEEING HOW QUICKLY I HEALED AFTER MY POST-SURGICAL COMPLICATIONS BECAUSE OF THEM…Check out the image at the bottom of this newsletter.11. In addition, I ended up with sepsis, that Alexis Smart saved me with homeopathics with after antiobiotics were failing me on. My gallbladder became inflamed after this, and this lemon cleanse saved me. I have now recommended it to many of my clients and friends and family with any kind of inflammation, all with good results. It’s great for the liver and kidneys. Remember, lemon is acidic until it enters into your body, and becomes alkaline.PRESS FEATURES…4. I had the honor of sitting down with the lovely Julia from @compassionateconsultingcompany! In this clip from Episode 55, I share a bit on how I work hard to meet clients where they are, with a focus on helping them regulate their nervous system as a foundation! You can listen to the full episode below:✨ Listen Here: https://anchor.fm/compassionate-climb Watch Here: https://youtu.be/YeYpyoCDfTQ UPCOMING ONLINE EVENTS W/ME..
